We’re excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding will be semi-formal, so feel free to dress up in cocktail attire. Suits for men and cocktail dresses for women are perfect.

Our ceremony will be held at Charlesworth Bay private beach. Signage is available onsite to assist with navigation. The reception will be held in the restaurant, Bayside Bar and Grill

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will be guided to head back to the restaurant for Happy Hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages will be available for purchase.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Free parking is available at the private beach entrance for the ceremony. Alternatively, the beach is only a short walk from the main area of the resort. We recommend parking your vehicle back in the public parking for the resort closer to your room before walking down to the restaurant to join us for the reception.

Absolutely! We love having little ones celebrate with us. Please feel free to bring your children to join in on the festivities. A dedicated table will be setup for attending children with some colouring in packs, games and activities so that mum and dad can still enjoy themselves. Please ensure to include your children’s names and ages when completing your RSVP.

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

We are so excited to host you for dinner! Unfortunately, we can’t host the bar, so please feel free to bring cash or a credit card to enjoy the bar.

Since you’re travelling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself - physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! However, if you would like to contribute to our future together as a couple, a wishing well will be available at our reception.
